Shipping Policy

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders  20 OMR+! Orders under 20 OMR ship for a flat fee.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders with standard shipping will ship within 2-6 business days. Once in transit, packages take 3-7 business days to arrive. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email.

Orders with express shipping will ship within 1-2 business days. Once in transit, expedited packages take 3-4 business days to arrive.

Products that are part of the same order may ship separately from different locations, so your order could arrive in multiple packages on slightly different timelines. You'll receive order tracking information for each item once shipped. We do not have control over carrier service disruptions or delays once shipped.

Note: We carry an assortment of products from independent makers and brands that share our values. These products ship directly from the third party vendor or artisan within our standard shipping timeline of 3-7 business days, unless noted otherwise on the product page.

What if I need to change my order?

If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly but will do our best to address your request.

Can I get same day delivery?

We do not offer same day delivery for online orders, but you can reach us via WhatsApp for further assistance.

If I order more than one plant will they ship separately?

Items that are part of the same order may ship separately from different locations. Your order could arrive in multiple packages at slightly different times. Once each plant or botanical package is out the door, you'll receive individual tracking information so you can keep an eye out for it.

Can I place an order on call?

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the Sultanate of Oman to all 63 Wilayats. Inventory online and in-store sometimes differs, so we recommend calling your closest store in advance to ensure availability.

Why are there products from different sellers on TERTER, and how does that affect delivery?

TERTER is a curated marketplace that brings together trusted sellers from Oman, Spain, Holland, Iran, China, Pakistan, India and more. If you order products from multiple sellers, they may be delivered separately. However, all items are shipped with care through our reliable delivery partners to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
